This category honors powerful digital tools that help facility teams make smarter, data-driven decisions. Judges will be evaluating:

- Mobile Functionality: Seamless access via smartphones and tablets for real-time data and remote control.
- Preventive Maintenance: Capabilities that schedule, track, and manage maintenance tasks to reduce downtime.
- Predictive Analytics: Use of AI or data models to anticipate failures or performance issues before they happen.
