Facility Managers: Path to Product Purchase – Key Findings

More than 500 facilities managers throughout the United States told us how they go about purchasing products. This proprietary research, from Building Operating Management and Facility Maintenance Decisions magazines and the NFMT show was conducted in January of 2020.

We surveyed the average facilities manager in order to learn how they find, use and engage with manufacturers ads. We also examined how facilities managers go about researching products to purchase.

This report is chock full of data and information that will help all facilities product marketers.
